Dining Experiences
Table at Hickory Inn: Tucked away in the woodlands of north Bentonville this spot has been serving up classic steaks for over 52 years. Formerly Fred’s Hickory Inn, Table at the Hickory Inn blends the cozy nostalgia of a ’70s smoke and steakhouse with fresh, elevated flavors and modern decor.
Their menu offers a variety of delicious options, from pasta and fish to salads and soups.
Bentonville’s Market District: If it is a nice day, spend some time at the 8th Street Market, where food, community, and creativity come together in the heart of downtown Bentonville.

Their menu highlights Ozarks flavors with seasonal, locally grown ingredients, including signature dishes like the smoked pork chop and the Tusk burger, a must have!

Known for their burgers and a diverse selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, including the famous homemade French fries and beer cheese soup. The full bar offers rotating seasonal and craft beer selections, with a tap dedicated to local brews, and an impressive collection of whiskey, scotch, and bourbon.
Hugo’s is a tough place to get in at on the weekends because it is closed on Sunday. Mid week visits are your friend!
Wrights BBQ: There are plenty of BBQ spots in NWA to try out but my personal favorite is Wrights BBQ. They started as a food truck and now have multiple locations. The OG spot is in Johnson and is definitely worth a visit.
They use pecan wood sourced from downed central Arkansas trees, and smoke their meat over a wood fire pit. You can’t go wrong with any of their choices, but give the brisket a try!
